Where are Unique products manufactured?

All Unique products are 100% designed and produced in Portugal, by qualified local artisans and using the best materials on the national and international market. Naturally, manufacturing in Portugal does not allow it to be the cheapest production alternative, as happens (e.g. e.g.) with products originating in the East, but it allows, on the other hand, to control the quality of materials and workmanship. The result is higher quality products and greater flexibility in adjusting solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.

Does Unique have physical stores or distributors where it is possible to view its products?

Despite performing with some frequency in “Pop-Up Store” actions, in more commercial locations, Unique does not have its own stores. The brand's current objective is to provide an increasingly comprehensive online experience, focusing on the permanent development of a user-friendly website, with detailed product descriptions and specifications and comprehensive, quality images. There are indeed some resellers, from the north to the south of the country, who effectively support us in the physical display of our products in their spaces, thus facilitating contact and the experience of using our products. Any customer has the option of requesting free fabric samples, if they wish to have contact with the materials and colors we work with, before proceeding to purchase. Finally, and for greater peace of mind when purchasing online, we have a Satisfaction Guarantee and a Full Refund Policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for a full refund, or exchanged (at your option) within 14 days of arrival at your home.

If I don't want to buy online, how else can I order?

Can I cancel or change the details of an order that has been placed?

Potentially yes, but we urge you to check your online order carefully before submitting it. If you need to make a change, send an email to with your order details and inform the changes you would like to make. Depending on the status of your order and the necessary change, we will do everything we can to make it.

What Countries do you ship to?

Unique products are only shipped to Europe. Filling is only included for deliveries in Portugal and Spain, and filling outside the Iberian Peninsula will not be included. On the other hand, and whenever there are no discounts applied, shipping costs outside the Iberian Peninsula will not be charged.

What are the shipping costs?

Our products are shipped free of charge throughout mainland Portugal.

How long does my order take to arrive?

Standard production and delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. However, if due to unforeseen circumstances we find that we cannot meet this delivery deadline, we will contact you.

Can I track the status of my order?

All orders can be tracked from collection to delivery. When placing your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you can request the tracking code at any time.

What if I'm not at home and miss delivery of my order?

Unless you specify that your products can be left at the nominated address, if you are not at home a notice will be left in your letterbox. From there, you can collect it at the post office closest to your residence.

Can I return or exchange my order if I am not satisfied with it?

Absolutely. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you receive a product that you are not completely satisfied with, simply return it for a full refund or exchange (your choice). All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you eventually need to return an item you purchased, follow these simple steps: Send us an email to with your order details, and inform us that you wish to return or exchange an item. We will respond with instructions for the return process. Full refunds will be processed to your PayPal account or bank account once products have been received and inspected. Alternatively, exchange products will be dispatched and tracking details forwarded as soon as they are shipped and/or ordered.

When and how will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of returned items. If you paid with Paypal, we will refund it to your Paypal account. If you paid by direct debit, we will arrange a refund directly to your bank account.

Do the "Unique Poufs" come with filling included?

Iberian Peninsula (Portugal and Spain): As a rule, "Unique Poufs" are delivered complete and ready to use (with EPS filling included), only in Portugal and Spain. However, situations are excluded where this is requested during the purchase process, or conditions are negotiated that do not include EPS filling. In these cases, the parts will continue without their respective EPS filling, which will have to be carried out locally by the customer.

Outside the Iberian Peninsula (Portugal and Spain): Outside of Portugal and Spain, due to the size/volume of filled "Unique Poufs", it is much more economical to transport the empty pieces, with the majority of customers opting to fill the your items with EPS purchased locally, in order to substantially save on shipping costs. Occasionally, we have customers who prefer to pay for shipping for "Unique Poufs" with the filling included. This will have an additional cost, which can be quite high, due to its "volumetric weight", and a waiting time that is generally longer. If you would like a quote for this option, please contact us with your order requirements and we will provide an indicative quote.

Is it easy to fill the "Unique Poufs”?

All "Unique" products come with detailed filling instructions. It's a simple process, but it requires two people. In short, a person maintains the "Pouf" open, while the other person directly and slowly pours the filling inside. It is best to do this in a confined space, in order to contain the "EPS pearls" in a more controlled space, so that they can be vacuumed at the end of this operation. After finishing this process, you can sit or lie down... and relax.

Will I need to refill my "Unique Pouf" after a while?

The EPS "pearls" compress over time, making the "Unique Poufs" increasingly comfortable. You may choose to add a certain amount of "EPS padding" from time to time to help your piece maintain its shape. This will always depend on each person’s personal preference.

In what currency will the charge be made?

The charge will always be made in euros (EUR).
